*The guaranteed first time pass offer is only open to new pupils quoting reference 228901 with their full name and address to lsmdriving@tiscali.co.uk before the date of their first lesson, any emails quoting the reference 228901 which are sent after the date of their first lesson will not qualify for a guaranteed first time pass voucher. A voucher will be issued on your first driving lesson for a free second driving test fee (worth £62.00) if in the unlikely event that you do not pass your first driving test ( only one voucher per pupil ).If the voucher has been amended, damaged, defaced, lost, photocopied or both the Instructor and the pupil has not signed and printed their full names on the voucher the voucher will be invalided and a second test WILL NOT BE PAID FOR.The voucher will remain the property of L.S.M.Driving and is not for re-sale.The voucher has no cash value, is non-exchangeable and exchange or sale of this voucher for profit is prohibited.The date, time and location of the first and second driving test is subject to the Driving Instructors approval.All driving test booked are subject to Driving Standards Agency Terms and Conditions.When signing the voucher all participants will deem to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
