All training is carried out by fully qualified professionals who are committed to both the holistic approach and making learning fun. You may find yourself colouring the bones of the foot, sticking organs onto a blank body or any number of other fun activities.
At Calming Influences age is no barrier to learning. It doesn't matter if you are 19 or 59, each course is focused on the individual. With small, friendly groups everyone gets the attention they deserve, so if you are fresh out of college, or haven't studied for 30 years, Calming Influences will ensure each course meets your needs.

Indian head massage is a technique using massage strokes and pressure points to the head, neck and shoulders. It has been practised for centuries and is now recognised as a relaxing and highly beneficial therapy, working on both the physical and mental state.

What Happens During a Treatment?
On your first visit brief details will be taken from you before the treatment begins. The treatment starts with relaxing massage to your neck and back, which is followed by upper arms, face and head.
The treatment takes place on a chair which provides a comfortable resting place.
The treatment can be carried out with you fully clothed, or you may remove your shirt and wrap yourself in a comfortable towel to allow oil to be used on your back, shoulders and upper arms. This gives a slightly deeper treatment.
During the treatment the sensation is pleasant and soothing. Indian Head massage will relax you while stimulating the body's own healing mechanisms.
A treatment session lasts for just under half an hour and a course of treatments may be taken

Enhanced Website
This offering is ideal if you offer more therapies or more complex therapies which need extra space to describe them. The 12 pages not only allow you to have one page per therapy but gives you plenty of space to include information on how to contact you, where you practice, information about you, as well as having a page available for links (which are important for your ranking with search engines such as Google) and for special offers.
Price year 1: £285
Annual renewal: £125
Included in both packages are up to 6 updates per year and two e-mail addresses.
Other Costs
The only other cost you need to consider is the cost of your domain name (i.e. web address). This varies depending on the name you choose, but we can find out for you. If you already have your domain name just let us know and we will do the rest.

So How Does it Work?
Follow these steps for your own unique website:-
* Contact us and pay your deposit of £50.
* Choose your web site address and check it is available (we can help you with this)
* Look at the 5 standard Calming Websites and choose the one you like best.
* Choose your own images to be added to your web site (we can help you with this).
* Choose your colours and font.
* Give us your own words.
* We will then put together your web site for you to check out.
* Agree any changes.
* Once you are happy your web site you pay the balance of your fees.
* Your web site will then go live.
This process can be carried out using telephone or e-mail, or you can come to the Calming Websites office to design your web site.
