Absolute Bathrooms Heating & Solar gloucester { ian manager] verbally quoted me 200 pounds for a pottinton prima boiler service and flu renewal. on arrival the engineer had a bill for 260 pounds and after challenging the manager it was changed back to 200 pounds, I then saw the engineer packing away his tools and relented and agreed to pay the 260 to get the job done, the engineer also informed me he had a hospital appointment which kept me in over 2hrs extra! absolutely scandalous
