Hello, my name is David Osborne and I am an advanced personal fitness trainer.
Eating healthy and keeping fit is something I have a vast passion for, especially when I can encourage my clients to do the same.
As a personal trainer I specialise in helping those people looking to lose weight, tone up, etc.
As someone who was also once overweight, I make sure to give you the necessary push you need to reach your desired target physique.
In regards to nutrition, I will help and guide you on the right path to gain your potential goal.
I am fully dedicated to helping you reach your goal and hope that you are as well. I am more than happy to help any client who truly wishes to improve their overall fitness performance.
I believe training with a personal fitness coach or with others makes a much greater difference than training alone.
