Nutritional Dietary Advice
Don Gordon's decision to focus on healing through the use of nutritional therapy began in 2002 when he developed a lower back injury that left him bed ridden and in acute pain.
His journey back to health came about through finding a specialist Naturopath & Osteopath in Harley Street and Chiropractor in Romford Essex. Clinical Nutrition and Gonstead Chiropractic was the key that brought Don out of pain and into the excellent health he has today, allowing him to compete in Triathlon, marathon and middle distance running internationally. He coaches and advises professional and amateur athletes in boxing, martial arts and athletics – alongside a busy practice serving the local community in Essex.
Through current study at the prestigious Centre for Nutritional Health and Lifestyle Management (CNELM), Lamberts Healthcare and extensive travel throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East and Far East, Don continues to underpin a decade of insight and practical knowledge with cutting edge treatments.
His mission statement is to help as many people as possible reach and maintain their optimum state of health, with 3 core essential features at its heart – empathy, flexibility and humour.

Reflexology is a simple science, dating back thousands of years. It was used by ancient chinese practitioners.
Reflexology is a safe non-invasive and highly effective way of helping to treat a range of conditions -
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
High Blood Pressure
and many more conditions.
Reflexology relaxes tensions and reduces the effects of stress and gives the receiver a wonderful sense of well being and improved health.
Reflexology works on the principle that the feet ‘mirror' the body and have reflex points that correspond to every organ, function and part of the body.
By applying pressure to these reflex points, any imbalances can be treated, encouraging the body's own healing potential.
The treatment takes 45mins – 1 hour and it is suitable for all age groups, from young babies to the elderly.
The first visit includes a consultation, when medical history will be noted, which is completely confidential.
A course of treatment is recommended for all conditions, which is usually six treatments on a weekly basis, gradually reducing as the condition improves, after which clients may like to return on a monthly basis as a preventative measure.
After the treatment it is recommended that you drink plenty of water to flush out any toxins released by the treatment.
