  I've purchased all my electrical goods from this family run business for the 22 years I've lived in Tiptree. Initially this was on the principle of 'support your local businesses'and 'if you don't use it you'll lose it'. However I soon discovered that they offer high quality goods at competitive prices, together with an unparalelled level of customer service. Rather than the usual offhand (if not downright rude) attitude of many staff in large retail outlets, everyone at Brights is friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. In the unlikely event that one experiences a problem with a purchase, not only will it be swiftly and competently resolved, but I've even been fortunate enough to receive home visits to accomplish this. People ask me why I don't buy electrical goods online (as I do most of my shopping, being disabled)......I reply that any extra cost (if indeed there is any) is well worthwhile to be assured of buying a quality product at a fair price, from knowledgeable people, who are extremely helpful and courteous,and know that they'll provide a pleasant and efficient back-up service if such is needed.
