Cadman Construction.

The Cadman name has been synonymous with the building industry since the formation of C M Cadman & Son in 1932, which continues to carry out small building works to this day. All Design and Build and major construction contracts are carried out by the C M Cadman Group Limited and its subsidiary Cadman Construction Limited. The Cadman Building Companies are family run and have a large direct labour work force. We provide both technical and Health & Safety training for all employees which is essential in a rapidly changing working environment. Our premises incorporate a large Joinery Shop, Plumbing and Heating Department and a Fitters Workshop. The Joinery Shop provides the ideal solution to providing specialist joinery items made to a very high quality, staffed by a mixture of experienced craftsmen and apprentices. Our Plumbing Department serves the needs of the small works side of the business as well as Emergency Insurance works. You can be assured that Cadmans have the experience and commitment to provide our clients with complete confidence from concept to completion.

We are a new Company licensed to Regency Response Limited to carry out the following works within East Anglian Post Codes ***Emergency flood and foul water removal ***Emergency Fire Cleaning ***Structural Drying with Weekly Reports ***Sanitising Works ***Carpet Cleaning and Reporting ***Full Contents Removal and Storage plus inventory ***Full dry cleaning and storage of clothing etc, plus inventory ***Odour Removal All our technicians are trained to IICRC Certification level, we can also offer an estimating service for large cleaning claims as required by Insurance Companies. This new company is part of The C M Cadman Group Limited of Building Contractors which has been trading for some 75 years over all and has been working within the Insurance Industry for over 15 years, with extensive building Claims knowledge.

Insurance Division

We have worked within the insurance sector for many years, not only involving subsidence works, but also a vast spectrum of other claim related projects and have a continuing good relationship working alongside the Surveyors and their colleagues on tendered works, prescribed rates and directly instructed remedial repair works as an approved insurance Contractor, and member of the Building Repair Network for Insurance Home Repairs. We have also recently become a licensed contractor for Regency Response, which gives us the ability to clear and dry out properties to a high standard. We are very adverse with Schedule of Rates Systems and currently operate these types of schemes for various insurance companies and their agents. Currently our insurance division covers IP, CO, CM and CB areas and also incorporates partial NR, SS and RM postcodes.
