Bellefontaines Jewellers was started in November 1946 by Dennis Dieu de Bellefontaine. Gary and Mary Dieu de Bellefontaine currently manage the business. All our staff have relevant trade qualifications. We are here to help you choose that special gift for Christmas, christenings or any other occasion.

It is our 60th year of trading so to celebrate we are having a sale. Everything over £25.00 has at least 10% off, many items are now reduced by up to 75 percent. So visit the shop now for many great bargains. Our shop is a leader in its field. We are stockists for Seiko, Tissot, Rotary, Lorus, Michel Herbelin, Ellesse, Eterna and Junghans. Our range includes silver, gold and platinum jewellery, silver gifts, diamond and gemset jewellery and engagement rings.

Our Services

We are able to service and repair most types of clocks and watches, prices available on request. We have in stock a myriad of different straps and batteries which can generally be fitted while you wait. We can personalise most items purchased from us. Items bought elsewhere can also be engraved, prices available on request.We can design and make jewellery to your own design using a comprehensive selection of gemstones and using all types of metal. We can also undertake repairs and renovations of most types of jewellery from silver chains to platinum set jewellery. We can advise you on all your plating needs, prices available on request. We offer a comprehensive restringing service, details available on requestWe undertake valuations for insurance, probate and resale purposes. We have 3 National Associate of Goldsmiths registered valuers on the premises. Each valuation is a typewritten document which includes photographs of your jewellery.
