When your customer brings their machine to you, our forms record all the detail we need to proceed. You will have a priority line to our collection line to arrange same day collection of the machine...Your repair is entered immediately onto our tracking database, which traces the repair from this point on. On receipt, we endeavour to make your quotation on the same day. You will be informed of the details and cost immediately. Most importantly you will be informed of the time scale. This is never an estimate, but a cast iron guarantee. If your client refuses the quotation, the machine is returned at no cost to your premises. If they agree to proceed, their machine will arrive repaired, cleaned and ready to go, on the date specified on the quotation. All repairs carry a 90-day warranty on labour, and up to 12 months for parts fitted depending on the manufacturer.
