I had the misfortune of wanting to buy a flat listed through Mishon Welton-a misfortune that hindsight would have recued me from. From the outset, I found them to be unprofessional, incompetent, and unpleasant. One of their (newer) 'directors' is fairly disgraceful; rude, obnoxious and lacked even the most basic of knowledge, particularly related to leasehold flat purchasing. He rarely could be bothered to answer our enquiries, often claiming he didn't get our messages, or that he was 'too busy', and never seemed to know (nor seemed keen to find out) any important information about the property. We had to pull out in the end, prior to exchange, since Mishon Welton's poor knowledge, awful customer service, and apparent under-the-table dealings, made us uneasy, mistrusting, and unconfident about the property itself. It is a real shame that estate agencies like this have the power to undermine and taint to such a great extent, the important process of purchasing/selling a home. Do not be fooled by Mishon Welton's website...their "vision" of making the whole process less "stressful" and more "compassionate" with their alleged "high standards of professionalism and first class customer service" is, to be perfectly honest, a complete joke. Caveat Emptor/Venditor.
