Great gym, great place, friendly male receptionist's and great trainers on the floor always willing to help and talk about anything. Very approachable! Great management, very friendly. The place could do with a few classes, a punching bag to exert that last bit of energy, maybe make some room for a sauna and steam room. Very clean, the trainers are very willing to clean even straight after you have stepped off a treadmill after sweating 10 litres. Best protein milkshakes in town! .. Vanilla and cranberry protein shake is hard to beat and at great prices. Overall very happy with gym and the service, the gym has great potential. As stated above though, it could do with classes (single and grouped) and somewhere to have a boxing bag and a speed bag for the young atheletes.
