There are 77 rooms at the Umi Brighton Hotel, 46 with sea views. The rooms are located in two contrasting Wings. The East Wing, decorated in relaxing Blue shades includes two Suites, while the West Wing, resplendant in Burgundy, contains six Junior Suites. The Suites in both Wings have panoramic views over the Promenade and Seafront, making them among the most sought-after in the town. The Seafront rooms are fully air-conditioned. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms which have been refurbished to a luxurious standard. These are each provided with marble counters, heated towel rails, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries.
On the menu at the Umi Hotel in Brighton, fresh fish specials and mussels served in 50 winning ways, Steak and pomme frites, sausage and mash and a selection of vegetarian options - children's portions are also available.
