I rented a flat with them for 9 months and I just say that never more¡ It´s expensive, everytime you have a problem they are unable to solve it, late and bad... They have hundreds of fees that let you know when you do not have other option that pay. For example, seven months ago our building was flooded by a broken pipe and now some of the problems caused in my house aren´t solved but i still have to pay the whole month rent... Some windows in my flat are broken and it is impossible to open them since the first day and i still waiting for them to come an fix them... I could be speacking about problem without being solved quite a long time... So, my advise is not to deal with them never. I would prefer to live in the street than live in a house with them as a landlord or estate agents.
