LOSE WEIGHT
If it were easy we wouldn't spend millions on curing it. Weight gain affects all areas of our life, including your health. Managing your weight is actually easier than you think. However, in order for this statement to work we have to be sensible about how we view dieting. The healthiest way to lose weight is never the quickest way to lose weight. Fad diets are not to be recommended and such an approach to weight loss can be dangerous. Weight loss using Hypnotherapy
Developing a healthy attitude about your self image is an important step in developing your ideal body weight. It's not about body mass indices, but attitude, that counts. If you really want to develop and maintain that certain look, then hypnotherapy is the first step on your path.
Hypnotherapy and NLP allow you to break the one constant in diet failure; habit. Your habitual approach to your food is what is getting you in trouble, break the pattern, set up a healthier one and you have begun the journey.

STOP SMOKING
There are three important factors in why people smoke:
1. Sociability -
is defined as the relative tendency or disposition to be sociable or associate with one's fellows. Nowadays social smoking is harder to undertake simply because of the limitations placed on smoking in public areas. However, it is still a major contributing factor in smoking.
2. Addiction -
Nicotine is an addictive substance, far more so than heroin. However, the body metabolises nicotine relatively quickly. Tests show it can be purged from the body in as little as three days.
3. Habit -
The true master of smoking, years of lighting up after meals, when stressed and when in company, form a habit that is hard to break.
Hypnotherapy can assist you in overcoming each of these points by strengthening wanted patterns of behaviour and dissolving past attributes that compounded the habit nature of lighting up.
