I have had excellent fish and chips from them for about a year. However recently the tone was badly marred. I mentioned to the lady serving behind the counter that the chips seemed tough on 2 occasions (a view supported by the 2 members of my household), as if they had been reheated, They had an unusually soft centre but unusually tough crispy surround. I was worried about breaking a tooth on them. All i got back was a dismissive embarrassed response and the second time the son came out of the shop after me yelling at me with an immature response telling me to “Grow upâ€. It’s no wonder that not many people dare complain in this country if they get abuse and intimidation back. I wont be going there again.
