  We ordered the products for our bathroom renovation from Home Supply and were impressed with the prices we were quoted. However from the time of ordering it all went downhill. We asked to be informed when products arrived so we could check them, however this wasn't done and the first time we saw them was when they were being fitted by the installer. We had a problem with our bath, which was a manufacturing error so we contacted Home Supply as we bought from them. We were given the number of the company and left to try and deal with the company direct. We also had an issue with the shower screen and were once again left to sort the problem ourselves, with the manager from Home Supply being very argumentative and unhelpful, basically told to sort it ourselves. Would never use again or recommend.
