We provide Management and Soft Skills training, Health and Safety, Personal Licensing, Level 2 Door Supervisor, PTLLS Train the Trainer, Conflict Resolution and Health and Social Care training to a multitude of companies around the UK arming them with the skills and tactics to become effective leaders and confident employees. Pole Position Training provides flexible training and consulting services by adapting a modern, interactive approach in traditional classroom training styles, practical workshops and open events. Pole Position Training offers Accredited and non accredited training through Highfield ABC however, all courses are certificated and its training materials and quality systems are sourced through reliable and recognised institutions. Founded in 2006, Pole Position has worked with over 150 clients across the UK and includes those in local and national government, the public sector and commercial businesses across all sectors. Pole Position Training has expanded rapidly over the past year and have now moved into new premises boasting modern offices and training rooms that are also available for hire to other businesses.

All of our Pole Position Training Team has experience of working in HR and Management, Health and Social Care and delivery of training in the public and private sector. They boast attractive CVs of training qualifications including those awarded by The CIEH and have experience in the delivery and interpretation of Myers Briggs and SHL Occupational and Psychometric testing. They are passionate, enthusiastic and totally believe in what they deliver and will always aim to provide a professional and interesting training session.
