Clinton House has six comfortably appointed guest bedrooms - two family rooms,
one double, two double or twin rooms and one single room. All bedrooms, with the exception of the single bedroom, have full en-suite facilities. The single bedroom is furnished with its own separate, private bathroom suite. All bedrooms are equipped with freeview flat screen colour televisions, DVD Players
and refreshment trays. Soaps, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Shower Cap and Sewing
Kit are all provided. A Trouser Press is situated on the first landing and hair
dryers and ironing facilities are all available on request.
Clinton House has a bright and tastefully furnished Breakfast Room where you can
relax and enjoy an easy start to the day. Our renowned breakfasts comprise buffet
style starters with hot toast and a wide selection of preserves, fresh fruit,
grapefruit, cereals, fruit juices served with a choice of coffee, tea or herbal essences. BREAKFAST This is followed by the 'Clinton Grill', a traditional full English breakfast of grilled
sausages, bacon, locally produced free range eggs, hash brown, baked beans,
toast and freshly grilled tomatoes. Alternatively, choose from our breakfast
menu and maybe try our oak smoked kippers or mackerel or other choices available. Vegetarian and Vegan options are always catered for and we will do our
best to provide other special dietary requirements.
We offer exceptional bed and breakfast facilities in a warm and cosy Victorian Guest House just 70 metres from Exmouth beach and a quiet five minute walk to the Town Centre. We have 6 fully furnished rooms : two family rooms each with a double and two single beds, two Double rooms, one Twin bedded room and one Single bedded room. All rooms, with the exception of the Single room have full en-suite facilities. The Single room is furnished with its own separate private bathroom suite. All rooms have 40 channel colour Televisions with Tea and Coffee making facilities. Our breakfasts comprise buffet style starters with hot Toast and Preserves, a selection of fresh Fruit, Cereals and Fruit Juices with Coffee or Tea served as required. This is followed by the �Clinton Grill�, a full English Breakfast of grilled Sausages and Bacon, locally produced Fried Egg, Hash Brown, Baked Beans, Toast and Tomatoes.

We are very easy to get to, being at the end of the M5 and walking distance from the local train and bus station. Also the airport is just 8 miles.
From junction 30, M5, take the A376 into Exmouth. Follow signs to the seafront, immediately before reaching the seafront turn right into Morton Road.
