In 1986 we became sole agents for Imel Park SpA of Italy, together we developed the screw thread generation of Turbolite Cabochon which they manufacture to the highest standards. Turbolite is the leading Cabochon used for lighting effects on Fairground Rides and Amusements throughout the World.
Remco produce many different items using this lighting for Travelling Showmen, if you have visited a Fairground, you have seen our work, which includes the large animated 'Las Vegas' type signs seen above payboxes and on 'back-flashes', complete Ride Lighting Systems and Light Controllers for them, Galaxy Strobes for night-time effects, even the Fare Tickets telling you the price of a ride.
Over the last 10 years Remco have developed lateral uses for the Turbolite Cabochon.We now produce lighting effects for other Leisure Industries, such as Highlite which is a low voltage, long life, exterior lighting for outline lighting of buildings such as Public Houses, Hotels, Night-clubs and Theatres etc.
By far our biggest diversion was into Christmas Lighting, Decorative Street Features and Low Voltage Town Centre Christmas Tree Lighting Kits for Local Authorities.
