THREADED INSERTS

Our range of threaded inserts are designed to provide strong re-usable threads in materials that are not suitable for tapping. These include; thermoplastic, thermoset, rotational & RIM mouldings, woods and composites, hard core laminate, alloys and die-castings. There are many different parts wich have different instalation methods to best suit the material and your existing tooling such as ultrasonics, heat, pressin, self tapping, expansion fit & mould-in.

SELF CLINCH SHEET METAL FASTENERS

Our range of sheet metal fasteners include a variety of parts for many different applications. Most of these are self clinching fasteners which offer a strong male or female thread which is captivated to the sheet. This reduces assembly time and costs when used in high volume. These include; clinch studs, clinch nuts, floating nuts, through and blind standoffs, panel fasteners and rivet nuts. We provide a range of instalation tools for these parts if required.

SPRING STEEL FASTENERS

Our range of spring steel fasteners offer a variety of different fixings for many different applications weather you are fastenings panels, rods or threaded parts. The U Nuts or Lug Nuts offer threaded nuts for thins panels of sheet metal or plastic and are widely used in the automotive industry. Our spring latches are used by most of the domestic boiler manufacturers for removable access panels. We have become one of the largest stockists in Europe of Cage Nuts which are widely used in the 19" rach mount server cabinets.
