GMZ Architecture is a young and dynamic architectural practice based in West London and Durham. The practice was established in 2010 by Gerard Zajkowski who is the Principal Director. The practice has been involved in delivering high-end architecture notably the landmark mixed-use development in West London The Gateway to Acton. The majority of work is based in London North East of England and Republic of Ireland.

The practice specialises in high-end luxury residential commercial and masterplanning sectors focusing on delivering the highest quality architecture and incorporating sustainable design. GMZ Architecture has adopted Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology which enables us to produce intelligent building model based process that supports an early feasibility studies planning detailed design construction and management of a building faster more economically and with less environmental impact.

n the effort to speed up the overall design and construction process, GMZ Architecture are able to offer the One Stop Shop for Professional Services.
We regularly work with well established Structural Engineers, Planning Consultants, CDM Co-ordinators and Surveyors who we can appoint on behalf of our clients. Our one stop approach provides a seamless route from inception to
completion.

Having adopted the Building Information Modelling technology Graphisoft-Archicad, this technology allows us to produce a 3-Dimensional parametric model of the project which enables accurate information co-ordination between the design team members. BIM helps our clients to understand and visualise the end product. This is valuable tool to those clients who do not understand or find it difficult to read from traditional 2-dimensional drawings.
