Not living in the North-East I phoned this florist as being near to a special friend whose birthday I'd forgotten. They were wonderful. It was a Saturday yet they got a bouquet out that day without fuss -professional and helpful! In fact my friend received them at 1.15, only an hour and a half after I phoned - WHAT SERVICE! My friend sent me photos of the bouquet-she was so pleased with their choice of colour and bloom. A beautiful display and reasonably priced - brilliant!
