A pretty detached village cottage over 200 years old set in its own grounds on the edge of St Blazey Gate village. Conveniently situated on the main A390 road and ideally placed for those wishing to visit the Eden Project as it is a pleasant 25 minute country lane or woodland walk away.
A delightful little cottage well past its 200th birthday sympathetically and tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. There are three guest bedrooms: A twin with television and DVD,showing local places of interest. A single with television & video. All have tea/coffee facilities In addition to our regular guest rooms we also have a pretty double room. This has all our usual facilities but is only available to guests requiring 2 or more nights accommodation. A courtesy collection from the Par or St Austell bus/rail station can be arranged if required. A full English breakfast with other options available is served either in the dining room or in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Award winning sausages and free range eggs are included in the breakfast. Guests are quite welcome to relax in the conservatory which has a pleasant view of the cottage garden in which the owners take great pride. Emms Cottage is non smoking Sorry there are no facilities for pets . We are sorry we are unable to accommodate children under 10yrs of age.
All rooms at £25.00p p.p.p.n We regret that we cannot accept credit or debit cards. Payment is by cash or by cheque, supported by a cheque guarantee card. A none returnable deposit of £20.00 secures a booking.
