Established since 1989 we offer a complete property maintenance, improvement and renovation service. Covering Cornwall and West Devon. We are registered contractors with and work for a number of Housing Associations and Cornwall Council. All aspects of building work covered from a replacement lock to an extension or loft conversion.
We have been members of the National Federation of Builders since 1998 (Member No. CO0003442) and as such abide by their code of practice and principals. Insurance backed guarantees available.
We have recently completed a contract to fully re-furbish and decorate 72 kitchens in West Cornwall for a Housing Association. Ongoing work with Housing Associations and Councils include;- Bathroom renovations and renewals. Kitchen refurbishments. Day to day maintenance of housing stock. For private customers we have recently completed;- Carry out the complete installation of roof trusses and the slating of a five bedroom house in east Cornwall, additionally plasterboarding the property complete and all first and second fix carpentry.
