Not only do we have over 100 vehicles on our fleet, but we also use the most up-to-date computerized data dispatch system - GPC AutoCab incorporating GPS Satellite Tracking Technology on all our vehicles.
Our AutoBook Service are now fully functional, to speed up the process of booking your taxi with us.
We can cater for disabled passengers with specially adapted vehicles to able wheelchairs to remain in situ, thus reducing the stress of travelling by taxi.
We have installed CCTV in all the vehicles on our fleet, providing extra security & re-assurance for our drivers & passengers.
All of our drivers are Licensed by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and are all subject to a strict Enhanced CRB Criminal Record check & Medical assessments every 3 years.
The vehicles also have a strict criterion to meet by having a 6 monthly MOT type tests carried out at the local council workshops at the Limerick Rd Depot in Redcar.
The Drivers Taxi License/Badge can be inspected by any passenger upon request & the Vehicle Taxi License are displayed on the front & rear bumpers showing the vehicle registration number & expiry date.
If the Taxi Driver or Vehicle does not have a License issued by the Council then the Taxi maybe unlicensed & uninsured! Always use a Reputable Taxi Company.
