We went in a party of 12 four of the group ordered a banquet and the rest of the group ordered independently. When the orders came 45mins later the people who had the banquet asked staff when getting food if this was for the banquet. They said yes to all dishes. One lady did not get her meal and it was found that they had put it in with the banquet, this had by this time been eaten. She was told to get it back from other member of party. She did not get a meal and they tried to charge her for it every one gave her their food. To cut a long story short, food was cold, plates were cold as put on table to early, rice was not given to party members and they charged for it. One lady asked for some mayonnaise and never got it. Service was appalling we will never go back again. And to top it all the overcharged us by. 26quid what a bloody cheek.
