I would not use Helen Rae ever again and would recommend against using her. I paid for a session for my mum's 50th birthday. The photos she took were very nice, but her service and her attitude after the session was absolutely terrible. My mother wanted to buy several photos, some as large full copies and some simply as small prints. She was told she wasn't allowed to have ANY small prints unless she first bought a large (and expensive) full copy of each photo she wanted a small version of.
Whilst I appreciate a photographer wanting to protect their photos, their livelihood, etc, we were still going to be spending a lot of money on a few photos and her attitude went beyond reasonably protecting her livelihood and crossed into greed. As a result, 6 months later we have only just finally gotten any hard copies of SOME of the photos we wanted, and not before her sending lots of wrong photos, wrong sizes, and making snotty comments about "not doing it properly" when we bought a standard frame instead of getting one specially made through her.
Cannot discourage you enough from not using Helen Rae Photography in future, it's simply not worth the hassle.
