Alongside these standard products, a vast range of unusual in line adaptors ensures that ANY two types of co-axial connector can be simply coupled together. Connectors.

Duplex CSA cover the entire spectrum of standard co-axial connector types:- BNC, TNC, Twin-ax, N Series, UHF, Mini UHF, F-Series, SMA, SMB, IEC (TV Type) RCA, Phono series and many more. All are available in male/female variants, right angle or straight versions with mountings to suit panels cables or pcb. At what point a standard connector becomes a customised option is increasingly vague, but all types can be offered in numerous platings from gold and silver to nickel and tin. If you are using a co-axial connector, Duplex CSA have an equivalent. Few companies have investigated more unusual design requirements than Duplex CSA. An integral part of the company's rapid growth has been the ability to produce custom connectors in weeks rather than months and in quantities that other suppliers would consider a non-viable proposition. From just a simple customer sketch, prototype samples are generally available within 14-21 days, with full production just six weeks further away. Metalwork Assemblies.

Duplex CSA can manufacture any metalwork to your custom design, from a simple bracket to a complex tuner can. We have many years' experience of swaging in our precision connectors to withstand high torque figures and our low cost progression tools enable us to offer highly competitive pricing and fast turnaround. Initially developed to support our custom co-axial connector business, Duplex CSA has made a major investment in the production of metal pressings of increasingly complex designs. Swage mount connectors of all varieties including F series, TV male and female, BNC etc. can be added to any design of tuner frame or back panel, minimising component count and assembly cost. Our in-house design service can generate detailed designs from the most basic provisional drawings. Year of design experience ensure the lowest cost for finished items. Prototype quantities can also be offered in days rather than months, allowing further development of ideas without resorting to the expense of full-scale tooling. When items are ready to move into productions, our own lost cost progression tooling ensure the absolute minimum up-front costs to companies involved in new product launches.
