Martin and Mortimer Chartered Surveyors and Valuers offer independent advice on residential and commercial property matters. Established in 1965 our three partners covering East Anglia have over 50 years local experience between them. All partners are RICS qualified/regulated and the company is ISO 9002 Quality Assured.

SERVICES

Specialising in Survey and valuation of residential property, we offer Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. We have developed a Building Survey with either a technical or a summarising approach. The summarising report gives our clients the reassurance of a comprehensive inspection with a report which is written in a user-friendly 'plain English' style highlighting the key facts. We are increasingly involved in commercial survey and valuation work, including rent reviews, schedules of dilapidation and condition reports for both landlords and tenants.

AREAS WE COVER

Martin and Mortimer covers most of East Anglia. The core of our business is in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk but we are also regularly involved in survey and valuation work in Suffolk, South Lincolnshire, Parts of Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.
