Odour Control

Air Environmental Systems offer a range of best available technology to suit all requirements in the Odour Control sector. ANOTEC 0307 is a formula designed to significantly reduce or eliminate malodours both in the liquid and vapour phase. When atomised for the treatment of malodour emissions, ANOTEC 0307 initially bonds with the odorous molecules resulting in disassociation rendering them unable to reconstitute back into a volatile organic compound. This mode of action has been proven scientifically by way of olfactometry and chemical fingerprinting. Verified case studies showing typical removal rates of raw odour constituents are available for scrutiny upon request. ANOTEC 0307 is normally delivered in 25 litre plastic containers with security sealed screw caps. ANOTEC 0307 meets all OECD guidelines for toxicity and will be supplied with COSHH data sheets & full toxicology for each batch or individual container ordered. ANOTEC 0307 should be dosed at between 0.25 to 1 percent with potable water. At this concentration best results are achieved by atomiser spray with droplet sizes in the range 10-20. Mist-Jet Atomiser nozzles economically use compressed air, (or any other pressurised, compatible gas source), to generate and propel extremely fine liquid droplets. Constructed totally from high grade stainless steel with self cleaning reliability, each nozzle incorporates non-drip shut-off and instant start. Used in conjunction with Anotec 0307 the Mist-Jet Atomiser Nozzel is a cost effective way of neutralizing odours. The chemical can be regulated by dose pumps to give the exact amount of chemical to water. Dust Supression

Rain Guns provide the ideal solution for applications where large liquid droplets are required to be projected into the atmosphere. Using an advanced, high speed, compact Rain Gun to break up liquid, the unit is able to disperse mist over large areas to keep the ground damp and dust free. The system shown is a 7 gun system designed to work 2 minutes every hour 24/7. This keeps the site free of dust for a 24 hour operation. Dust suppression is becoming a large problem.
