The professional leaves nothing to chance

We always carry at least 2 cameras to every assignment, with 2 flashguns, several memory cards and lenses. We have additional equipment with us as the occasion demands, with further equipment at our premises.
At a wedding reception we back up all photos onto a laptop computer and additional hard drive to ensure that the pictures are OK.
We carry full Equipment, Personal Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
Back in the office all pictures are transferred to two external hard drives and archived to DVD (with one copy held at an off site location) before any work is done on the pictures. Once the pictures are edited we will copy the finished pictures again to DVD and to the second external hard drive.
The edited pictures are then copied to another CD for you and also to an internet site for you to view.
All disks are kept indefinitely, so prints may be made at any time in the future.

During the reception your guests can view a screen show of the photographs.

Following the event a complete set of pictures is supplied on CD for you to view at leisure. Friends and relatives can see and order copies too, through a dedicated Internet site. Albums are supplied in a style of your choice or you may simply prefer to make your own prints from the CD. The choice is yours.
