An incident this morning leaves me no choice but to state that this Taxi company is despicable. The driver parked on the wrong side of the road and reversed into a broken lamp post smashing his rear spoiler window. He then pursued to drive with due care or concern narrowly missing a lorry. The driver then almost in tears shouted at me. This has obviously left me shaken and when I went into the office they admitted negligence and then retracted their statement saying it never happened. I have the broken parts of the car and will be making a claim.
