CSC have sucessfully installed FlexiDry on a large number of UK sites and the feedback has exceeded our expectation. Not only does the floor screeding additive do what it say's on the tin, we have found that due to the ease of compaction we are achieving a more consolidated molecular structure with almost no shrinkage. This allows us to install larger bay sizes and offers a stable system to final floor finishers.This works fantastically well on Underfloor Heating and we have a large number of schools already benefitting from this type of floor screed. We have also found that the fast drying floor screeding additive can be laid at a thinner section and therefore reduce cement usseage.
