High Wycombe is a town in Buckinghamshire that combines its role as an industrial town with the tradition of a market town. Situated around 29 miles west of London, High Wycombe is set in countryside that takes in the rolling Chiltern Hills and the River Thames, offering some of the most stunning countryside in England. The town itself has a range of attractions that range from the Wycombe Museum that explores local history including the areas historic association with the furniture industry to the Wycombe Swan theatre which hosts a range of events that take in theatre, dance art and leading music artists.There are plenty of big name shops in the town centre and this is soon to be boosted with the completion of the Eden development that will house a multiplex cinema, department stores, a library and a new bus station.
