Sascron have a lot of good stock from the cheaper end to some very high end cars. My experience is related to the purchase of a car a little over £15k so not exactly bottom end. Positive points were good stock and good pre-sales customer service, but from the moment the car was paid for the customer service has generally been appalling. Whilst some issues have been validly sorted under the Sascron warranty, I've lost track of the number of phone calls/texts/e-mails it has taken on my part (around 20-30 I guess), and whilst most issues have been sorted even now I get no replies to weekly texts/e-mails for the refund of investigate works undertaken under their approval when they couldn't diagnose a fault that they subsequently agreed to fix. On at least half a dozen occasions I was left working late awaiting promised calls back for car collections and frustratingly was told I needed to pay for courtesy car insurance myself (over £50 for number of times needed), when on last effort and they were late with repair, told me I had been covered by their insurance all along - this is typical of the service I experienced. Shame really as a good setup and good stock, but after sales service and lack of customer care leads to a less than satisfactory experience.
