Slough is a town in Berkshire in the south of England. Originally a town based around the local agriculture and brickworks, Slough has seen many shifts in the local industries and the traditional ones gave way to manufacturing which in turn gave way to offices at the likes of the Slough Trading Estate. With its proximity to Heathrow Airport and the motorways, Slough is popular with firms and such esteemed companies as Ferrari, Nintendo and Maserati choosing to locate their offices there. The towns history is well documented at the Slough Museum which also looks at the present and ponders the towns future.
