About Luton
Luton is a town in Bedfordshire in the South East of England, around 30 miles north of London. Close to the major roads and London-Luton Airport, Luton has excellent access routes. A multi-cultural town, Luton celebrates this with its very own International Carnival, an event that is increasingly popular and brings spectacular colours, gyrating dancing and a blend of soca, reggae to its streets. Local attractions include Stockwood Park Museum which is home to the renowned Mossman collection of horse-drawn vehicles, The Hat Factory which is an arts venue hosting dance, music, comedy and other varied events and Wardown Park Museum where its displays explore the stories of Luton people over the past 150 years.
