After sales customer service is shockingly bad, with the Weston Super Mare site being the worst of the 2 sites we’ve dealt with. We bought an expensive prestige car that was just under 3 years old at the time of purchase. The ‘comprehensive’ premium plus extended 3 year warranty we purchased has turned out to be a waste of money despite the car developing numerous faults. Once they have your money, they become rude, uninterested and unhelpful. Save yourself the pain, buy from a reputable dealer instead.
