Let Residential ~ This includes residential properties let to working people, those in receipt of DSS and students. However, it is usually a condition that a six months Assured Shorthold Tenancy exists between the landlord and the tenant. Although some insurers will not cover let properties where the owner also lives on the premises, this situation is acceptable to others and we have access to these markets.
