  The manager is extremely unprofessional he calls you 'darling' and is prone to shouting when things don't go his way. The Sun Rooms offer til receipts instead of contracts and you are at their mercy as to when the til receipt has expired. They are happy to take your money and will become aggressive if you query this when they have decided your receipts are expired.
