  We moved the letting and management of our property to Spencer Thomas two years ago following a disastrous experience with another agent in EC1 and the difference couldn’t have been more marked. Matt and Danny are approachable, measured, responsive and reliable and they work hard to balance the needs of landlord and tenant fairly - we recommend them very warmly. Tim R.

  We have just re-let our flat in EC1V through Spencer Thmomas and once again Matt and Danny were truly excellent in meeting our requirements and the needs of our new tenants. The service delivery is both friedly and highly professional and eveything is straightforward - no hidden fees /charges etc. Highly recommended.

  We approached Spencer Thomas to buy a two bedroom flat in Clerkenwell to rent to 2 students (one being our son). Joseph Cullinane was extremely knowledgeable on the area and very professional. His advice was excellent. We completed 3 weeks ago and the whole process went very smoothly. Our son is delighted to live in the flat and we feel we have made a very good investment.

  Spencer Thomas have managed our flat in City Road for 4 years now and have always provided excellent service for both Landlord and Tenant. Danny and Matthew have been very attentive as lettings managers and have always been very efficient at sorting any problems and keeping everyone informed.   Have just moved in new tenants through Spencer Thomas EA and was very happy with the new tenants and service recieved. The lettings team knew what was required and took care of every step.   I am a landlord and I have just let my property very quickly in The Lexington, City Rd, through Spencer Thomas and was very impressed with their service. Very professional and the team there are very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants the best!!!

  Danny is aparently the 'lettings manager' I was out of the country so emailed them on seen occasions and they failed to reply. I called him today and he could not admit negligencce and failed to take any reposnsibility whatsoever. When I asked why he was shouting at me he hung up the phone. They clearly don't like having their incompetence proved to them, but all I want to do is rent a property!! It astonishes me they rent anything at all with this attitude. He even said at one point 'you're not a customer; only landlords are my customers; you're an applicant.; proving right there he has the wrong approach; I am in recruitment and my candidates are just as valuable as my clients (the people who pay me the money).
