Searle & Co has been established in the heart of the City of London since 1893 serving private clients, businesses and City institutions. The focus is on quality and personal service. The company is a family business, now in it's fourth generation. Searle & Co has a wide range of Victorian and Edwardian jewellery and Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian silverware.

What else do we offer?

Skilled craftsmen enable us to offer a full repair and restoration service. Rings can be resized and rebuilt, gold can be repaired, we can restring pearls, match missing gems, and copy lost earrings. Silverware and plate can be restored, including the manufacture of traditional blue (and other coloured) glass liners. Old watches are one of our specialities and we can also undertake work to small clocks. We conduct appraisal and valuation work using the Guild of Valuers and Jewellers secure database; appraisals include a detailed description, expert research where necessary and photography.
