Don't believe what we tell you, we are only going to tell you how amazing we are and why we a better than everyone else.
We would rather you listened to our customers, they know more than we do. Better still, why not ask to speak to them direct.
Most Property Management companies are lumbering dinosaurs, operating the same way they have done for years – except maybe they've got email.
Rynew Property are different. We realised that the young professionals moving into New Build apartments in London are amongst the biggest users of social media in the country. So we let residents get in touch with us via Facebook groups – using the site they probably use every day.
We set up a new group for every property we manage – it's a great way of raising issues, and you can see whether other people's problems have been solved, too. It's just one way to keep in touch with our residents, and do our bit to build a thriving community around our properties.
Rynew's core team is small, but our commitment to customer satisfaction is the biggest you'll find in the business. We're all equally focused on changing the way property management is perceived; turning it from (at best) a nuisance and a chore into an indispensable and trusted service.
We're just as committed to keeping those dreaded service charges down at the properties we look after – it's been our aim ever since we were a one-man operation. So here's a chance to put some names to the faces (or, if you've spoken to us on the phone, a name and a face to the voice!).
Rynew Property have partnered with FoodCycle, the award-winning UK charity that builds communities by combining surplus food, volunteers and a spare kitchen space to create nutritious meals for people at risk of food poverty and social isolation.
FoodCycle runs 18 volunteer-powered community projects across the UK, serving healthy three-course meals in a warm and welcoming environment for vulnerable groups including older people, low-income families, homeless people, and people affected by mental health issues. Since FoodCycle started cooking in May 2009 they have served over 80,000 meals, reclaimed over 85,000 kg of food (the equivalent of saving 382,500kg in CO2 emissions), and their network of over 1200 volunteers have given over 59,000 hours of their time.
With rising food prices and the spiralling cost of living, FoodCycle's work is more vital than ever – and they need your support to meet the growing need in communities across the UK.
