I can also help you build the confidence and motivation you need in any creative, artistic, academic or social endeavour. I produce personal hypnosis CD and MP3`s tailored to your requirements. I also teach self-hypnosis and t`ai chi chuan, and am a course supervisor and tutor for the LCCH.
I offer one-session intensive smoking cessation hypnosis, and have successfully treated alcohol and other `recreational` drug addictions. My aim is to solve your problem in as few sessions as possible. Weight control and self-image; my successful system combines Hypnosis with long-term goal-setting and weekly target weight loss goals. I have been featured in `Red` and `Stella` magazine dealing with weight issues, also in the London Paper on social confidence in dating situations.
My main clinic is Bexley Osteopathic clinic, Bexley Kent. My north London clinic is the Summit clinic in Highgate London N6 6LS. Home visits can be arranged where appropriate for an extra fee depending on distance.
