  We called this company to take care of a roach problem in our home. Technician was great. He did an initial treatment in some key locations and then returned to do a complete spray of the house after we spotted a few lingering roaches. We're happy with the results. We have only seen a few since and its a HUGE improvement over what the situation was when we tried to treat it ourselves. We will likely hire them to come back to spray our house every year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company.

  Had a problem with a bee hive underneath one of my eaves. I called a couple other companies and they were the only ones that would come out that day. They were very prompt, professional, and I haven't had any bees return. I would recommend them to anybody.

  Basically found dead mouse in the attic. Theses guys were excellent. They reviewed the house; and determined this was likely an old problem ie. not active. They explained what to watch for in the future. What I liked is they were not trying to scare me or sell me more than I needed. Most importantly they knew their business. They spoke to me understanding that this is not my business but without being condescending . When talking to someone you can tell if they know what they are talking about- and these two clearly did. I highly recommend them.

  The technician came to our house on very short notice and managed our expectations. He explained that the most effective way to catch a rat was to use a contact poison, but because we have a baby in the house, he advised against it. Instead, he recommended sticky traps, which although take longer and aren't as effective, were safer for the baby. He was always available for questions and was very professional. In the end, after two weeks, we trapped the rat ourselves in the basement washroom, but he promptly came the next morning, caught and disposed of it. We would definitely recommend him to others.
