Christopher Gavin Films is the trading name of, you guessed it, Christopher Gavin. He has been working in the corporate film and video production industry for over 16 years. He quickly worked his way through the ranks; from trudging across fields to find the perfect bacon roll as a production assistant, through producing widescreen multi-projector audio-visual productions, to directing and producing a 3D graphic virtual reality underwater experience. He now specialises in creating corporate film and video pieces for a variety of clients and production companies as well as spending time helping students and musicians with few funds to realise their film, promo and documentary projects.
Attention to detail and an understanding of clients' briefs are crucial to creating original and successful pieces of visual communication. Christopher's dedication to high quality images enables the messages to reach their home quickly with minimum effort and maximum effect.
Whilst using all the digital media available to him, Christopher makes sure that only the most appropriate is used for any specific project. He can do this through outsourcing the best crews/editors/designers/composers in the business.
He owns a small DV-based edit suite (Avid Xpress Pro) that can be used for the smaller, lower budget projects but also has access to the top post-production houses in London.
