I am a UKCP registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples, trained and experienced in applying a broad range of theoretical perspectives allowing us a lot of flexibility in how we work together. The overall approach in which I was trained is transpersonal which simply means that all aspects of ourselves are included - mind, body, spirit and soul and exploring the meaning and purpose of your life unfolding together can be exciting, profoundly inspiring and creative.
