Very unreliable. I had a blocked sink and he came to inspect. He said he would need access to the back which needs my neighbour to be in. We arranged a new date and time and I arranged for myself and the neighbour to be there. On the day he was meant to be here at 9:30. At 10:00 he hadn't turned up so I phoned. He said he would be here at 12:00. I phoned after this and he said he would be here before the end of the day. He never turned up and he never phoned. I had to complain to the CIPHE (Chartered Institute for Plumbers) before he even made a half-hearted apology.
