  I've lived in South Ken for 8 years and bought flowers at GtL almost every friday for myself, and made special trips for friends etc. They are so creative, listen to what you want and offer suggestions, and take such care over making the arrangements. Even when they have a queue of people, you never feel you're being given the rush. And, not to be crass, but they are a huge bargain!
