Ethical Architecture is a forward thinking and energetic young architects practice based in London. The aim of the practice is to contribute to architecture by improving design quality as the core value of architecture. Our work is focused on small to medium scale residential projects such as house extensions, barn conversions and small housing estates, and our combined technical skill and design creativity allows us to produce well balanced designs with excellent functionality, value and aesthetics.

Planning Application

We can help you to apply successfully for a Planning Permission and we follow the application untill the target is achieved. Otherwise we might give a detailed advice on the best way to be adopted in order obtain it. We provide a comprehensive service in order to achieve the Permission. We also do problem-solving for any unsuccessful application or a general re-assessment and put forward a new application.

Feasibility Study

Usually, the feasibility starts with the identification of what our client needs and aims. Should be considered also the business situations and eventual restrictions or limits on development. Key issues such as funding, budget, project duration and lifespan should be also taken under consideration. Together with clients, we review alternative options after defining the objectives, aims, targets. We give our customers advices on the route to follow for reaching the goal is also an obligation of our feasibility studies.
